Project Management
Amherst School District (2025-Present). Amherst K-6 Restructuring Project. Creating a 6th grade academy and planning on the transition from 3 Elementary schools from K-6 to K-5. The opening of a new Elementary School building and the merging of the 2 of 3 Elementary schools.
Camden (NJ) (2023-2024): High School Master scheduling development with the implementation of a school bell schedule that effectively integrates student instruction, programming, and social-emotional learning.
USVI: High School Transformation; Right Sizing Recommendations (2023). Determine strategic use of human resources to maximize instruction and support, minimize vacancies, and reduce staffing budget. To provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behavior to be prepared and succeed in their post-secondary path of choice.
Delaware DOE (2022-2023): School Improvement Plans: The School Improvement Plan (SIP) is the primary artifact used by designated schools to review data, establish goals, create an action plan, and monitor progress towards improvement.
ECLC of New Jersey (2022). Directed, supervised, and trained staff on the administration of State testing for Special Education students (Autistic and Intellectually Challenged); Dynamic Learning Maps (DLM).
Middle States Accreditation (2017-2018). Directed the accreditation process for Irvington High School which serves as a process in improving a school’s capacity to produce high quality academic performance expected by all stakeholders. Lead Teachers were identified by their colleagues and each department, and they collaborated to collect data, evidence, and summarize for the purpose of this accreditation. Standards were met by Irvington High School and a 10-year accreditation was awarded to Irvington High School.
Student Success Plans Implementation (2016-2019): Directed the School Counseling department on how to implement a student success plan to their case load to help monitor academic progress and to help improve the graduation rate. Counselors were provided training and worked collaboratively to help solve problems such as scheduling constraints and conflicts to successfully implement these plans.
Advance Placement (AP) Exams Implementation (2016-2019). Spanish, French, Psychology and Computer Science exams identified as exams that would improve the rigor, increase academic achievement, and make student transcripts more competitive for college application process.
Social Emotional Advisory Implementation (2016-2019). Small groups, single gender and single grade level advisories were developed and implemented to meet the needs of the High School student population. Lead by teachers and staff, in an approximate 14:1 ratio, students were provided an opportunity to learn more about how to maximize their high school experience, to being able to ask questions in non-grade bearing nor intimidating environment and to be amongst their peers and develop friendships with in a small community within a large high school.
Apex Learning Implementation, (2014-2016). Directed the implementation of this first-online credit recovery program across the 3 District High Schools. Teachers received training and collaborated to learn how to effectively deliver this programming to help improve the high school graduation rate.
Capacity Building

Graduation Improvement Plan (2016-2019): Directed the collaboration of teachers, counselors, staff, parents, and administrators to oversee the improvement of students’ academic achievement, attendance, school culture and climate with the intention of improving the graduation rate. Over 3 years the Irvington HS graduation rate improved from 70-80%.
Attendance Committees (2016-2021). Created and directed committees with a cross-section of the staff to help improve student attendance in both the High School and Elementary School. Student attendance was a collaborative effort between teachers, staff, students, and families.
USVI Transformation Right Sizing Recommendations (2023).
The purpose was to determine strategic use of human resources to maximize instruction and support, minimize vacancies, and reduce staffing budget for the 2023-2024 school year. To provide students with the necessary knowledge, skills, and behavior to be prepared and succeed in their post-secondary path of choice. I provided recommendations based on current best practices and my experience supporting the High Schools of USVI.
